Help promote and attract members to the city's new community center amenity.
In 2020, Lynchpin Ideas created an awareness campaign including direct mail, digital and social media, and a landing page to promote the opening of the Merriam Community Center, and to drive membership. Our engagement was quickly extended to include a campaign to recruit employees for the Center.
Our relationship with the City of Merriam began in 2019 when we were retained to conduct research, then develop a brand promise and key messaging to define and uplift the city's "Just Right" tagline, which was then implemented across all communication channels.

Advertising Campaign: Lynchpin Ideas created a campaign to promote memberships for the new Merriam Community Center through digital, social, direct mail, and out-of-home channels.
Key Messaging: Tasked to bring the city’s tagline, “Just Right,” to life, Lynchpin Ideas conducted insight gathering research to draft key messaging and a brand promise.
Employment Campaign: To promote open lifeguard and childcare positions at the new Merriam Community Center, Lynchpin Ideas created a targeted social and digital advertising campaign.
